Using the qualitative method, I was able to understand information that cannot be expressed as a number compared to quantitative.

Interview Script

When developing the interview script, I sectioned off each question thematically, which would be beneficial if I needed to change the flow of questions. To learn more about the user, I first asked about their background and their experience in the legal system. For task-related questions, I decided to focus on key areas where a new user would most likely navigate within Courtroom5. By focusing on these key areas, I aimed to gather comprehensive feedback to enhance Courtroom5.
